What we collect from this website

If you fill in the walkthrough request form, we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number, and your answers to the form questions. If you book a time, the booking tool (Cal.com) shares your name, email and chosen time with us. We also receive any email you send us.

How we use it

• To reply to you and book or hold your walkthrough.
• To prepare for the walkthrough and, if you become a customer, to run the service.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and the business: Cloudflare (website hosting), Google Workspace (email), Cal.com (booking) and FormSubmit (delivers the request form to our inbox). They process data only to provide those services.

If you become a customer

We handle your customers' inquiries (names, phone numbers, the job they ask about) only to reply and book visits for you. That information belongs to you. We do not use it for anything else, and we delete or return it when you ask or when you cancel.

How long we keep it

We keep website and email inquiries for as long as needed to follow up, then delete them. If you tell us you are not interested, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so we don't write to you again.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Every message we send also says how to opt out.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking tool embedded on the walkthrough page may set its own cookies; see Cal.com's policy.

Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date above.
