Terms of service, in plain English.

The service

Savilabs works as a done-for-you front desk for home-service companies: we reply to new web inquiries and missed calls and book visits on your behalf, using the scripts, services and times you give us.

Pilot and price

• The first 14 days are a pilot at no cost.
• After the pilot the service is $497 per month, with no setup fee.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. After the pilot, cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for.

The 5-job guarantee

Before the pilot starts we agree with you in writing how many jobs you booked from web inquiries and missed calls in a normal month (the baseline). If, in your first 30 days with us, we do not book at least 5 additional jobs above that baseline, you do not pay for that period. Jobs are counted from the booking records we both can see.

What we need from you

• Accurate information about your services, service area, pricing and available times.
• Timely access to the inbox, form or phone forwarding we need to reply for you.
• You remain responsible for the work you perform and for what you quote and promise on site.

Messages we send for you

We send replies on your behalf only to people who contacted you. We use software to help reply quickly, and a person at Savilabs oversees the service. If someone asks whether they are talking to a person, we tell them the truth. You are responsible for telling us if a contact asks not to be messaged.

Your data

See our privacy page. Your customer information stays yours, and we return or delete it when you ask.

Limits

We cannot promise how many leads you will receive, or that every lead will book. Other than the guarantee above, the service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 3 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
