Pilot agreement

One page. No lock-in.

This is the whole agreement for the 14-day pilot. It is in plain English so you can read it in two minutes.

1. What Savilabs does

Savilabs works as the Customer's front desk: it replies to every new web inquiry and missed call within a minute and books visits using the services, area and times the Customer provides.

2. The pilot

The pilot lasts 14 days from the start date and costs nothing. No card or payment is taken to start.

3. The baseline

Before the pilot starts, the parties write down how many jobs the Customer booked from web inquiries and missed calls in a normal month: ______ jobs.

4. After the pilot

If the Customer wants to continue, the price is $497 per month with no setup fee. The Customer can cancel at any time by email; after the pilot, cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for.

5. The guarantee

If Savilabs does not book at least 5 jobs above the baseline in the Customer's first 30 days, the Customer pays nothing for that period. Jobs are counted from the booking records both parties can see.

6. Data

Customer information stays the Customer's. Savilabs uses it only to reply and book for the Customer, and returns or deletes it on request. See the privacy page.

7. Ending early

Either party can end the pilot at any time, for any reason, by email. Nothing is owed.
